Ingredients

– 8 oz egg noodles

– 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or cubed

– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

– 1 cup milk

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

– 2 tbsp butter, melted

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. – Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. – In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.

4. – Stir in the cooked egg noodles and 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese.

5. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.

6. – In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.

7. – Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.

8. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

9. – Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized by adding sautéed mushrooms, peas, or other vegetables. For a creamier texture, use 1 1/2 cups of milk. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
