Description

Ingredients

– 4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

– 1 red onion, finely chopped

– 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, and parsley.

2. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
