These Easy Grilled Steak Kebabs are juicy, flavorful bites that are perfect for summer grilling! Marinated in a savory blend of spices and grilled to perfection, they make for an irresistible dish everyone will love.
Ingredients
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated steak, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight. You can also add other vegetables like zucchini or cherry tomatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
