Ingredients

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 4 large lettuce leaves

– 4 whole wheat tortillas

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill


Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill.

4. Lay out tortillas, add lettuce leaves, and place grilled shrimp on top.

5. Drizzle with the mayo mixture, roll up tightly, and slice in half before serving.

Notes
