Ingredients

– 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and thyme until well combined.

2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.

5. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like rosemary or basil to the marinade. Leftover pork chops can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
