Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 teaspoons salt

– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken cubes dry with paper towels and season them evenly with salt and pepper.
