Description

Tomato-Free ‘Cattleman’ Caviar is a refreshing and zesty dip that is perfect for parties or casual snacking. Packed with flavor, this easy recipe is sure to impress!


Ingredients

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for spice)

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, and red onion.

2. Add the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño (if using).

3. Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle the cumin, salt, and pepper.
